Creating Your “A” Team

Having the right team can add value to your small business. Although you may be an expert in more than one area, chances are you excel in one or two. This will limit the amount of services you are able to offer.

If you had an “A” team of experts, you are able to offer a variety of valuable services rather than being limited to a couple of service offerings.

Plus, you can bounce ideas off of colleagues, which can be valuable to a solo entrepreneur.


Communication is key. It’s vital to be on the same page. Don’t assume anything. Also, make sure your team has a copy of that manual you’ve been creating all along. It should include your login info to the accounts they will need to complete the assigned tasks.
