The 9th Step in Starting a Start-Up – Part 3

This is Part 3 of a 3 part series on products/sales funnels. Go here for Part 1 and here for Part 2. This week we’ll conclude our conversation on setting up products funnels.

Don’t Become Overwhelmed

Last week we left off with be sure to include creating digital products into your start-up plan, and using these e-products to create products funnels.

Don’t become overwhelmed at the thought of doing everything at once when it comes to creating your products funnels. As you become more familiar with your target audience, you will be able to create more products/sales funnels geared toward them. Another option is to take an old funnel and give it a new twist (re-purposing) and voila you have a new funnel.

Looking Ahead

Knowing where you want to be in, let’s say, five years will give you the incentive to come up with creative ways to create a passive income and become known as the expert in your field.

You will establish other goals that will help you get there; for example, completing specific type of training within the next three years. Or you might see your current offerings as a stepping stone to what you really desire to offer in five years.

As for now, offer an enticing free product in exchange for subscribing to your list.  Be sure to have a couple of digital products ready to add to your funnel.  As your new subscriber moves down your products funnel, it’s vital that you have something to offer them or else you will lose a potential client.
